HYBRID COACHING

This program is perfect for individuals with some experience in resistance training, nutrition tracking, and an understanding of the importance of hydration, sleep, stress management, and mindset in achieving peak results. After gaining all personal context from the application and consultation process, a fully periodized training program including goal specific phases will be developed to help you build the foundation you need to be successful with achieving your goals and establishing the structure and habits for long term sustainability. All your workouts will have purpose and direction ensuring every movement has your best in mind. 

You will also reap the benefits of a seamless app-based delivery system for all of your self-directed workouts. These workouts will all include exercise demonstration videos, and all the required workout parameters from sets and rest to pre-calculated progressions and variations to keep you continuously scaling your fitness level and your results. Your coach will also be able to provide you with personalized nutritional and lifestyle guidance through this app to help you build the awareness and knowledge you need to develop foundational habits that fuel your body, mind and performance.

All clients must complete a consultation and an application form to determine eligibility.
