Due to the high demand for in-person coaching and a limited number of hours in a day, an application process to join my roster is now being implemented. Preferred clientele will have some experience with resistance training, tracking their nutrition and understand the value of hydration, quality sleep, stress management and mindset as it pertains to achieving the highest level of success with their fitness and wellness journey.
