As the owner and Head Coach of SSPT - Scott brings over a decade of coaching experience helping clients gain the knowledge, awareness and the application necessary to establish comprehensive routines that deliver – allowing clients to build healthy routines with their fitness and lifestyle approach for long-term sustainability.

MY BELIEF

Fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are the key sources for all health, happiness and satisfaction in life. One component can exist without the others, but they all belong in harmony with each other for pure optimization of life. These essential elements exist to fuel the body, the mind and the spirit. The more balanced these elements are, the more you will thrive in your personal endeavours, career, relationships, finances and all other things you value in life.

SCOTT

Owner/Head Coach

Scott has been deeply involved in the fitness & wellness industry since 2012 as he found his deep passion for fitness and health. He began his official educational pursuit at Algonquin College completing his diploma in Fitness & Health Promotions, acquiring his Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology - Certified Personal Training designation. From here, Scott began his journey of understanding the crucial role that nutrition plays in health and performance while studying at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where he received his designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Over the years Scott has committed to expanding his knowledge and expertise within the field, completing a variety of continuing education courses including but not limited to Stretch To Win’s Frederick (Fascial) Stretch Therapy (Level 4), Powerlifting Fundamentals, Eleiko Strength & Powerlifting Fundamentals, and many more. Scott left the commercial world and opened the doors of the SSPT studio in 2020 and has been working with clients to reduce pain, improve mobility/stability, increase strength and enhance overall quality of life. He is deeply committed to his clients and his passion for his work shines through in every client session. He is always eager to help others find their passion for health and always goes the extra mile to guide his clients through their journey.

JESSICA

Certified Personal Trainer

Jessica is a NASM certified personal trainer with over a decade of lifting experience and a strong passion for strength training! Movement and training have been a consistent part of her life for many years, evolving from a personal interest into something she's now fortunate to share with others through coaching. She believe strength is one of the most empowering things a person can build. It extends far beyond physical appearance, influencing confidence, resilience, daily function, and overall quality of life. She is especially passionate about helping women discover what their bodies are capable of and supporting them as they build strength in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. As both a mom and a powerlifter, she understand the challenges of balancing responsibilities, energy, and personal goals. Life is busy and often unpredictable, which is why she focus on helping clients develop training habits that fit into their real lives rather than expecting life to revolve around training. As a trainer, Jessica's goal is to always to meet people where they are, create a supportive environment, and help them progress. She is super passionate about strength development, foundational movement quality, and building confidence with resistance training. Whether someone is new to lifting or looking to refine their technique and continue progressing, she enjoys guiding clients through the process of learning, challenging themselves, and celebrating what their bodies can do. Her goal is to have every client leave sessions feeling stronger both physically and mentally, with greater confidence, knowledge, and belief in themselves!
