Taking this step into private coaching is for those who are ready to take their fitness and wellness to the next level. Due to the high demand for in-person coaching and a limited number of hours in a day, an application process to join my roster is now being implemented. Preferred clientele will have some experience with resistance training, tracking their nutrition and understand the value of hydration, quality sleep, stress management and mindset as it pertains to achieving the highest level of success with their fitness and wellness journey.

HYBRID (in-person / online)

Take your fitness and wellness to the next level with our Hybrid Coaching program, designed to combine the accountability and expertise of in-person coaching with the flexibility and convenience of an online delivery. This program is perfect for individuals with some experience in resistance training, nutrition tracking, and an understanding of the importance of hydration, sleep, stress management, and mindset in achieving peak results. After an initial consultation, either in-person or remote, your coach will create a personalized, periodized program based on the latest exercise science protocols. Your coach will meet with you weekly/bi-weekly to hone in on more technical, skill intensive work - while the remainder of your workouts will be executed at home or at a gym. Complete mobility, exercise programming will be provided to you through a user-friendly app that provides everything you require from exercise demonstration videos to all workout parameters. No guess work - a simple plug n play system, built specifically for you.
