My Belief
I thoroughly believe that fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are the source for all health, happiness and satisfaction in life. One component can exist without the others but for pure optimization of life, they all belong in harmony with each other. These essential elements exist to fuel the body, the mind and the spirit. The more balanced these elements are, the more you will thrive in your personal endeavours, career, relationships, finances and all other things you value in life.

Fitness Expert

I was born and raised in the city of Woodstock, Ontario. I spent many years when I was younger trying to find my true passion in life.

In my early 20s I got involved with my own fitness journey by joining the gym and completely reversing my fast food diet. In the first 3 months of this mission I dropped nearly 70 pounds!

Previously I had always struggled with self-esteem, body image, poor energy, insomnia and digestive issues. Once I found fitness, magically, all of these things disappeared. I was hooked and there was no turning back.

I began my official studies in 2013 at Algonquin College and received my diploma in Fitness & Health Promotions. From 2015-2017 I completed my Registered Holistic Nutrition designation from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Between 2015 and current day, I have taken several continued education courses ranging in topics from assessments and mobility to weight loss and strength training. I have been working with clients in some capacity for the last 7 years. I have worked with a variety of unique clients with different fitness levels and goals.

The ability to connect with people on such a personal level to make such dramatic and sustainable changes that last a lifetime is something I truly love. Being able to integrate my knowledge and experiences to help coach people is the greatest reward.
