Your body is an outstanding adaptation machine. It is designed to adapt to any and all stressors which it may encounter, whether physical mental emotional or psychological. However, in order for the body to have favourable adaptations and respond to stressors (good or bad) the work must be put in to ensure that the raw materials are present so the internal environment can respond as is intended. Your coaching experience will be delivered 100% through remote coaching between you and your coach. This will be delivered to you through a combination of weekly video calls with your coach, email threads, an online community and tailor-made behaviour change worksheets to help you navigate through implementation of these habits and routines. This approach will be based on the feedback provided by you within your initial intake form as well as the constant feedback provided to your coach during calls or any other forms of communication that are incorporated to ensure your success.
Results may vary from person to person based on an array of factors such biological factors such as age, gender, weight and activity levels – but also will be greatly influenced by your past experiences in life such as traumas, relationships with yourself / food / exercise etc. Each and every individual is unique and starts their wellness journey at a place from which no other person is, so having patience and compassion with yourself is a mandatory component to your future successes.
